Responsibilities:

As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for supporting quality control activities to ensure work meets design specifications, regulatory standards, and contractual requirements. Your day-to-day activities will include performing inspections, reviewing documentation, and identifying non-conformances, while helping delivery teams resolve issues to ensure assets are delivered right the first time for commissioning and handover. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Develop and implement quality control processes that enhance project outcomes.
• Facilitate training sessions to elevate team understanding of quality standards.
• Analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance project delivery and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Quality Control & Compliance: Ability to perform inspections, review technical documentation, identify non‑conformances, and ensure deliverables meet design specifications, regulatory standards, and contractual requirements.

Business Process Analysis & Requirements Analysis: Strong capability to analyze existing processes, define requirements, and ensure quality processes are embedded into delivery workflows.

Nice to have:

• Business Process Design: Experience designing or optimizing end‑to‑end processes that improve delivery efficiency, quality outcomes, and commissioning/handover readiness.*

Quality Metrics & Data Analysis: Ability to analyze quality KPIs, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements for project delivery and compliance.

**Training & Knowledge Enablement: Experience facilitating training sessions or workshops to elevate team understanding of quality standards, processes, and best practices.
