• Develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.What are we looking for? • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience of leading and performing as a business transformation/ Data lead or advisor in BPO or service sector with hands on experience handling data driven decisions
• Experience in driving automation (RPA) and AI transformation
• Project Management expertise and demonstrate strong understanding of Process modeling tools and concepts
• Ideally a certified Black Belt from a reputed organization (on par with ASQ, BMGI, ISI, etc.)
• Should be skilled in generating insights from large data sets, tailored to client requirements
• Six Sigma
• Hands on experience in driving analytics using statistical tools like Minitab and data automation projects
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Detail orientation
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Ability to establish strong client relationship
• GenAI and Agentic Knowledge Preferrable as well as AI LLM data training
• Basic scripting knowledge to design simple macros or AppScript solutions independently
• The person should be capable of building solution architectures for proposed initiatives with a focus on business outcomes
• Understanding of Generative AI, AI, and Agentic AI fundamentals, with the ability to leverage these technologies in daily operations Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
• Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
• The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads
• Generally, interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
• The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
• Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams
• Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
