Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP MM Inventory Management Associate Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory processes using SAP Materials Management (MM) module. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP MM functionalities, inventory management best practices, and the ability to lead a team to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP MM Implementation and Support:

Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP MM module, with a focus on inventory management processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Ensure seamless integration of SAP MM with other SAP modules such as SD, PP, and WM.

Inventory Management:

Oversee inventory processes, including stock management, goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and physical inventory.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor a team of SAP MM consultants and analysts.

Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with organizational goals.

Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient in SAP MM inventory management processes.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on the latest SAP MM features and industry trends.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of X years of experience in SAP MM implementation and support, with a focus on inventory management.

Strong knowledge of SAP MM module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.

Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain processes, and procurement.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

SAP certification in MM module is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in project management and leading SAP implementation projects.

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.

Familiarity with other SAP modules such as SD, PP, and WM.
