Role Overview:

As a Junior Data Scientist / AI Engineer, you’ll work on end-to-end data and AI projects — from data collection and preprocessing to model development, evaluation, and deployment. You’ll also explore the latest in **Machine Learning (ML)**and Generative AI (GenAI) to develop creative solutions for business challenges.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate with hands-on academic or project experience in data science, AI, or ML, who is eager to continue learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data for modeling and insights
• Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models for predictive and generative tasks
• Experiment with Generative AI tools (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion, Llama, etc.) to build innovative prototypes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, product) to integrate AI solutions into applications
• Visualize data and communicate results effectively using dashboards and reports
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science, AI, and GenAI
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and best practices for reproducible research

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts (supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning)
• Experience with Python and key libraries such as pandas, Num Py, scikit-learn, Tensor Flow or Py Torch
• Familiarity with Generative AI models (e.g., transformers, diffusion models, LLMs)
• Ability to work with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, or Tableau)
• Knowledge of SQL and basic data management concepts
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of MLOps, APIs, or model deployment tools
• Experience with prompt engineering or fine-tuning LLMs
• Contributions to open-source or personal AI/ML projects
