HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Master’s degree (preferably in economics, marketing, business administration, management or related fields).
-
Minimum 4 years of professional experience, ideally with exposure to digital transformation and/or customer growth strategy.

Proven expertise in Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience operating models across multiple industries, with preference for Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods or Professional Services.

Experience working in a consulting environment, leading complex initiatives as a Project Manager, PMO or Product Owner — preferably in cross-functional, fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environments — will be a strong plus.

Solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent analytical skills paired with strong interpersonal communication.

Ability to thrive in an international, multicultural and high‑velocity environment.

A positive, growth-oriented attitude with a natural curiosity and motivation to solve client challenges, adapt to change and navigate new situations with confidence.
