As a SAP Success Factors Performance & Goals Management Consultant, you will lead the planning, design, and implementation of solutions to optimize business performance within the Performance & Goals module of Success Factors. This role requires advanced expertise in SAP HCM Compensation Management, Business Process Design, and Business Process Implementation. You will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving strategic decisions, and delivering impactful solutions that align with business requirements and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Implementation:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of activities within the Performance & Goals module to enhance business function performance.

• Ensure alignment with business requirements through process analysis, design/redesign, and organizational structure definition.

• Develop and maintain project plans to track progress, milestones, and deliverables.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, ensure stakeholder alignment, and drive consensus.

• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across functions.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in business function implementation.

• Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and feedback among team members.

• Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to key strategic decisions across multiple teams.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

• Provide innovative solutions to address challenges and improve team and organizational performance.

• Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Success Factors Performance & Goals module, offering insights and guidance to ensure successful implementation.

• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in SAP HCM Compensation Management, Business Process Design, and Business Process Implementation.

Technical Expertise:

• Advanced proficiency in SAP Success Factors Performance & Goals module configuration and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Compensation Management.
• Experience in Business Process Design and Business Process Implementation.

Experience:

• Proven track record in implementing SAP Success Factors solutions, including stakeholder engagement and project management.
• Hands-on experience in analyzing performance metrics and driving optimization strategies.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders to business goals.
