As a SAP Success Factors Performance & Goals Management Consultant, you will lead the planning, design, and implementation of solutions to optimize business performance within the Performance & Goals module of Success Factors. This role requires advanced expertise in SAP HCM Compensation Management, Business Process Design, and Business Process Implementation. You will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving strategic decisions, and delivering impactful solutions that align with business requirements and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Strategic Planning and Implementation:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of activities within the Performance & Goals module to enhance business function performance.

Ensure alignment with business requirements through process analysis, design/redesign, and organizational structure definition.

Develop and maintain project plans to track progress, milestones, and deliverables.
2. Stakeholder Engagement:

Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, ensure stakeholder alignment, and drive consensus.

Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across functions.
