Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a **Service Now Developer.**As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for translating business needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions. We are looking for a professional expert in **Service Now **and Javascript.

Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in **Service Now,**particularly in integration projects

• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript

• Experience designing integration architectures and defining integration patterns

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant technical roles

• Strong understanding of data modeling and system integration concepts

• Service Now CSA certification is a must have

• Fluent in Portuguese; advanced technical English

Responsibilities

• Execute projects related to infrastructure version upgrades and platform changes

• Map business processes to supporting applications and systems

• Design and document integration architecture and technical specifications

• Analyze existing systems to identify integration opportunities and optimization areas

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and contribute to technical decision-making

• Participate actively in team discussions and propose solutions to complex technical challenges

Nice to Have

• Advanced proficiency in Service Now HRSD and HR Tech landscape

• Intermediate knowledge of Configuration & Release Management

• Intermediate skills in Design & Build Enablement

• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and tools

• Service Now CIS-HRSD Certification
