What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.
The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.,Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation

• A practice for conducting enterprise analysis, design, planning, and implementation, using a holistic approach at all times, for the successful development and execution of strategy. Enterprise architecture applies architecture principles and practices to guide organizations through the business, information, process, and technology changes necessary to execute their strategies.What are we looking for? Key Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in business architecture, enterprise platforms, or large-scale process & technology transformation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise business functions and how platforms/agents can transform them.
• Experience designing or implementing cross-functional solutions in multi-domain environments.
• Ability to create and present architecture artifacts (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
• Familiarity with regulatory/compliance landscapes in regulated industries.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Analytical, structured thinking with the ability to translate ambiguity into solution options.

1. Cross-Functional & Cross-platform service collaboration
   a. Work with product owners, functional SMEs, platform engineering, and cross-service teams to shape and refine business and technical requirements.
   b. Facilitate discovery, solutioning, and design sessions to build shared understanding across business and technology groups.
   c. Champion architectural consistency, modular design, and reusable patterns across functions and markets.

Technical Architecture & Integration:

a. Work with product owners, functional SMEs, platform engineering, and cross-service teams to shape and refine business and technical requirements.
b. Facilitate discovery, solutioning, and design sessions to build shared understanding across business and technology groups.
c. Champion architectural consistency, modular design, and reusable patterns across functions and markets.

Implementation Planning & Run Book Creation:

a. Build end-to-end implementation runbooks and playbooks for sales, solutioning, and delivery teams.
b. Define deployment steps, environment dependencies, configuration patterns, and integration touchpoints.
c. Identify milestones, delivery risks, and mitigation strategies across discovery, build, test, and rollout phases. Roles and Responsibilities: •This role requires proactive identification, definition and solving of complex problems that have impact on the direction of the business or work effort, where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of Accenture

• It requires development and execution of strategy to achieve key business objectives in area of responsibility

• Individual should have wide latitude in decision making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments
