Responsibilities:

• As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems. This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution.

• Research, gather, and synthesize information while being expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.

• Responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.

• Develop process maps and documentation to illustrate current and future state processes.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on key milestones.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–8 years of working experience in SAP EAM (PM) modules with strong data integration exposure.

• Hands-on experience with ETL tools (SAP SLT, SAP Data Services/BODS, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, or equivalent).

• Proficient in SQL and HANA CDS Views for data extraction and transformation.

• Strong understanding of SAP EAM data structures (Assets, Maintenance Orders, Notifications, Functional Locations).

• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA data migration projects.

• Knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and ODP framework for data extraction.

• Ability to translate business requirements into ETL and integration specifications.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
