Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable solutions that enhance user experience and optimize backend processes. You will work on both planned feature development and high-impact problem resolution, ensuring system stability, performance, and security. You will leverage modern technologies to address complex business challenges while maintaining a cloud-first and agile approach. Engaging in technical discussions, contributing to platform reliability, and supporting continuous improvement of services will be key aspects of your role, ensuring solutions remain aligned with client and business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and gradually become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Required active participation and contribution in team discussions, design reviews, and problem-solving sessions.
Contribute in providing effective solutions to functional, performance, and reliability-related problems.
Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and implement new features and backend services.
Develop and maintain APIs, workflows, and backend components.
Investigate, debug, and resolve application issues to improve system reliability and reduce recurring problems.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, security, scalability, and adherence to best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
Strong understanding of web development frameworks such as Django or Flask.
Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of cloud services (GCP Preferred), ILM, deployment strategies, and basic CI/CD concepts.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
