As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex software problems, ensuring the seamless operation of essential applications and systems. You will engage in proactive monitoring and analysis, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tech Solution Architecture.
- Strong understanding of system integration and application architecture.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and services.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance.
- Familiarity with various programming languages and development frameworks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Tech Solution Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
