S Support Practitioner:

Project Role Description: Own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. Develop, deploy and support infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery.

Must have skills: Network Infrastructures

Good to have skills: Network Security Implementation, Architectural Design, Network Engineering Planning and Deployment Solution

As Industry X IT managed services we are providing IT-services for our (internal) Industry X customers, covering the whole variety of IT services including e.g. Jira-Service provisioning, Server and Cloud Management, specific Software-Management like SAP, Catia etc., device-support and much more. Our services span from requirements engineering over architecturing the solution, designing and implementing a solution up to operations.
Having regular exchange with other adjected IT-departments is crucial for our success to prevent an overlapping service offering on one hand and on the other hand being able to help our customers through the large cosmos of internal services with the ultimate goal to provide compliant solutions.
Our customers are working mainly in the aviation and automotive industry as well as the telehealthcare sector and deliver highly sophisticated projects to their clients. Therefor our work has direct impact on the client-delivery.

    1. What do we need support for
  • Support on operations of the umlaut legacy network

  • PMI integrations

  • Client Project specific implementation
    client dedicated setups in automotive, aviation, communication, life-sciences

    1. Which skills are required
  • Network specialist, i.e.

    • Switching
    • Routing
    • VPN connectivity (Site2site, client VPN)
    • Firewall
    • Architecture (IP, DNS)
  • Ability to understand complex environments

  • Reverse engineering & troubleshooting capabilities

  • Accenture Standards (FASM, Zones)

  • English language, German beneficial
