Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work towards implementing solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Worked on at least two implementation projects
  • Good understanding of the Buisness Processes.
  • Ability to Identify as-is processes and define to-be processes.
  • Map Business Processes to SAP S4 HANA.
  • Conduct Blueprint / Design workshops for one or more processes
  • Configure scenarios in relevant SAP modules.
  • Write Functional Specification / Configuration documents.
  • Ability to peer review documentation.
  • Strong Communication Skills & presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills for interacting with management, employees, and the client

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Experience implementing SAP BRIM/Hybris Billing
  • Hands on Functional Configuration and Design Experience
  • Hands on, in-depth Order to Cash (OTC) experience on the SAP platform with knowledge of specific flows of the OTC process
  • Experience in SAP BRIM (SOM/ FI-CA / FI-CI)
  • Perform analysis of cross-functional and complex business requirements
  • Support and interface with key processes of standard SAP SOM within the SAP BRIM solution including master data, solution quotes, orders, contracts and product modeling for SAP SOM within SAP BRIM/Hybris Billing solution
  • Specific knowledge of SAP Convergent Invoicing processes within the SAP BRIM solution including billable item management, billing and invoicing processes and integrations
  • Technical configuration accountability of our SAP S/4 Hana SD, SAP BRIM modules working in conjunction with our IT business analysts and the business
  • Strong experience in functional processes of master data, Convergent Invoicing, SOM, Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation & FICA
  • In depth knowledge of subscription billing model like recurring, usage & onetime scenarios

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management SOM.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
