Summary:

We are looking for a passionate AWS Cloud Developer to design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications using Amazon Web Services. The role involves building scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS services, infrastructure automation, and containerized deployments, along with strong programming skills in Go.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Define and maintain the enterprise cloud architecture vision and roadmap across multiple products and business domains.
2. Lead architecture reviews, define best practices, and ensure alignment with enterprise cloud standards.
3. Identify opportunities to modernize legacy systems into cloud-native architectures using Azure, AWS, GCP services and DevOps automation.
4. Provide architectural oversight across applications to ensure consistency, scalability, and resilience.
5. Champion DevOps culture and practices, integrating architecture with CI or CD and Infrastructure-as-Code IaC.
6. Design and implement scalable CI or CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
7. Promote adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates for repeatable, automated deployments.
8. Collaborate with product teams to embed observability, monitoring, and resilience into the architecture.
9. Drive cost optimization, performance tuning, and security hardening through automation.
10. Partner closely with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and Development Teams to co-create architectural solutions aligned with business goals.
11. Facilitate design thinking and architecture workshops to drive innovation and shared understanding.
12. Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders on cloud strategies and trade-offs.

Professional & Technical Skills:

1. Design and document high-level and detailed solution architectures for applications deployed on Azure/ AWS/ GCP.
2. Establish architectural guardrails, patterns, and reusable components.
3. Champion DevOps, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and automation practices.
4. Ensure compliance with security, performance, and cost optimization best practices.
5. Evaluate emerging Azure/ AWS/ GCP technologies and recommend adoption paths.
6. Drive architectural transformation initiatives to improve agility, scalability, and maintainability.
7. Mentor and guide technical teams on cloud architecture principles and best practices.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
