Summary:

We are seeking an Associate Manager Privileged Access Management (PAM) with strong hands-on and delivery experience in Cyber Ark PAM and Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM). The role is responsible for operational ownership, technical oversight, and team coordination to ensure secure, compliant, and resilient privileged access services across enterprise environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• PAM & EPM Operations
• Manage day to day operations of Cyber Ark PAM components including Vault, CPM, PSM, PTA (as applicable).
• Oversee Cyber Ark Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM) policies for least privilege enforcement on endpoints.
• Ensure secure onboarding and lifecycle management of privileged, service, and application accounts.
• Privileged Access Governance
• Enforce least privilege, credential rotation, and session monitoring standards.
• Review and approve privileged access requests, safes, and policies.
• Support privileged access certifications and audits.
• Service Delivery & Incident Management
• Own end-to-end service delivery for PAM and EPM services aligned with SLAs and OLAs.
• Act as an escalation point for complex PAM/EPM incidents and outages.
• Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Team & Stakeholder Coordination
• Guide and support a team of PAM engineers and analysts.
• Coordinate with IAM, Endpoint, Server, Cloud, and SOC teams.
• Support onboarding of new platforms, applications, and environments into PAM.
• Engineering, Change & Automation
• Review and approve Cyber Ark configuration changes and upgrades.
• Drive automation using Cyber Ark APIs, scripts, and workflows.
• Optimize EPM policies to reduce friction while maintaining security.
• Security, Risk & Compliance
• Ensure PAM controls align with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• 7 to 10 years of experience in Privileged Access Management or IAM.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Cyber Ark PAM (Vault, CPM, PSM)
• Cyber Ark Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM)
• Experience managing privileged account lifecycle and EPM policy design.
• Solid understanding of identity security, access control, and endpoint security concepts.
• Cyber Ark certifications (PAM, EPM).
• Experience with Windows, Linux, databases, and cloud privileged access.
• Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Python).
• Experience in large enterprise or managed services environments.
• Strong incident handling and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with coordination responsibilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 10 plus years of experience in Cyber Ark Privileged Access Management.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
