Summary:

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will focus on maintaining high-quality service through effective communication, ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly. Your role requires a deep understanding of product functionalities to accurately identify client issues and design appropriate resolutions, contributing to overall client satisfaction and system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance service delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with network protocols and enterprise-level applications.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
