As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs and standards. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and provide guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.

• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now Human Resource Service Management (HR).
• Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
• Experience with configuration management and change management processes.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for seamless application connectivity.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Service Now Human Resource Service Management (HR).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
