What would you do? Content moderation is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, individuals may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). Therefore, any role supporting content moderation needs strong resilience and coping skills. The Site QTP lead will be responsible to drive initiatives across the functions and ensure delivery enablement for operations.
Will be overseeing all activities tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence. This includes the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, Training and Policy improvement. The lead will be a single point of contact for senior leadership internal and client facing interactions. Site Quality performance ensuring accuracy targets and met and exceeded month on month Drive and maintain the rigour on Quality framework. Ensuring smooth function of the training function based on the set processes. Meeting and exceeding QTP KPIs and internal/external set goals Developing people. Develop and maintain good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinating and managing assigned capability roles. Align with global leads and service delivery lead on strategy for execution on site.

  • Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals. Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach Motivate and strategize on efficiency, productivity and consistency targets. Identify improvement opportunities in workflows and suggest solutions. Create a culture of innovation. Identify Milestones, scope, dependencies, issues, risk and success for QTP projects Course correct non-performing metrics and analysts through root cause analysis and solid action planning.What are we looking for? • Review and control execution of standard processes across Quality, Training & Policy

  • Conduct researches, studies and data analysis to conceptualize proposals for improving business metric in collaboration across teams

  • Provide thought leadership in processes, programs and procedures

  • Establish professional and career development programs for internal resources

  • Provide recommendations to re-engineer existing processes

  • Establish and evolve formal Quality and Training processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.

  • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.

  • Lead and mentor the QTP team members and setup robust performance metrics.

  • Makes independent decisions, which have major day-to-day impact in area of responsibility, and may influence direction of other areas.

  • Accountable for handling multiple market complex data

  • Responsible for medium-term planning, objective setting, and development of new procedures within area of responsibility, through interpretative judgment of overall policies and goals.

  • Identifies, assesses and resolves complex business problems/issues and provides alternative scenarios.

  • Accountable for developing and managing key internal/external client relationships across sphere of influence, including situations in which no relationship previously existed.

  • Accountable for client satisfaction in area of responsibility, against service level agreement, and ensures achievement of key performance indicators/project milestones.

  • Allocates resources and responsibilities across team to deliver business results and develop team members.

  • Manages and ensures consistent application of human resource processes including career development, salary review, resources and performance management within area of responsibility.

  • Evaluates direct reports and provides formal counseling and mentoring to staff.

  • Any Graduation with at least 8 to 11 years supervisor experience

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to establish strong client relationship

  • Sound decision making and organizational skills Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility

  • The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

  • Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals

  • Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach

  • Some latitude in decision-making in involved

  • you will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments

  • Decisions individual at this role makes have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility

  • The person manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture

  • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences

  • Proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

  • Experienced in talent management and succession planning

  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts

  • Experience in managing projects and data strategies for business outcomes

  • Graduate in any field

  • Six Sigma Black Belt or similar relevant certification

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience working in Quality domain

  • Supervisory experience of managing greater than 30 FTEs

  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality

  • Proficient in PC applications

  • Experience in team interactions

  • Ability to quickly identify and provide recommendations on issues

  • Strong communication both written and oral

  • Strong motivational skills

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Working Conditions

  • Moderate to no travel depending on project involvement
  • Cyclical work shift
  • Overtime and On-Call may be required
  • May need to work during holidays if needed
  • Work from Office only
