Role Overview:
As an SAP Success Factors Functional Consultant at Accenture, you will be a crucial member of our SAP delivery projects, serving as a Functional Expert in Success Factors solutions. You will closely collaborate with clients, understanding their business and functional requirements, and translating them into Success Factors design documents. Your expertise in SAP Success Factors and your understanding of clients' needs will play a key role in designing effective and efficient solutions. This role may involve leading a functional team and working on longer-term projects.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:

Capability to lead a workstream on SAP Success Factors projects.

Ability to manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.
-
Innovative thinking, bringing industry best practices, process knowledge and latest trends in SAP Success Factors.

Experience in managing and mentoring junior consultants, supporting their skill development and career growth.
-
Proven experience in managing client relationships and expectations, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
-
Ability to analyse and solve complex HR and technical issues related to Success Factors implementations.
-
Proficiency in preparing and presenting project status updates and reports to senior leadership and clients.
-
Familiarity with Success Factors roadmap and upcoming releases, and the ability to align client strategies with platform advancements.

3+ years of experience in SAP Success Factors and minimum of 2 end-to-end Success Factors projects.
-
Proficiency in working on multiple SAP Success Factors projects simultaneously, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Capability to contribute to business development efforts, including pre-sales activities, proposal development, and solution presentations.

Ability to influence and collaborate with leadership within the SAP Talent & HR Domain in Accenture.

Familiarity with the latest trends in AI and innovations in HR technology and the ability to leverage them to drive business value for clients.

Certification in at least two Success Factors modules is mandatory and demonstrates expertise in the field.
Qualification:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.Advanced proficiency in SAP Success Factors.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
