Summary:
As a LLM Model Developer, you will engage in the intricate process of fine-tuning Large Language Models. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance model relevance and performance through instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation, ensuring that the models meet specific contextual needs and deliver optimal results.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development of innovative strategies to improve model performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate models into applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with natural language processing techniques.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Understanding of data preprocessing and augmentation methods.
- Experience in evaluating model performance using various metrics.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models.
- This position is based in Pune.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
