Summary: As a Product Manager, you will be accountable for driving the vision, roadmap, and success of applications in the Manufacturing Operations domain. You will work closely with business, engineering, and operations teams to deliver impactful solutions that improve efficiency, enable digital transformation, and align with enterprise objectives. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to balance user needs, business value, and technical feasibility while ensuring adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for applications in Manufacturing Operations.
-Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, epics, and user stories.
-Drive prioritization of features, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term product strategy.
-Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring usability, adoption, and value creation.
-Partner with engineering and architecture teams to deliver scalable, integrated, and performant solutions.
-Monitor product performance and usage metrics, identify areas for optimization, and drive continuous improvements.
-Own and drive stakeholder alignment, managing competing priorities across business units.
-Mentor and guide junior product/BA resources in product management practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills:

-Product Management Expertise: Proven experience in defining product vision, building roadmaps, and managing product lifecycle.
-Manufacturing Operations Knowledge: Deep understanding of shop floor systems, MES, PLM, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
-Analytical & Decision-Making Skills: Ability to interpret KPIs, business cases, and customer insights to drive product decisions.
-Agile Delivery: Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and backlog management tools (Jira, ADO).
-Stakeholder Engagement: Strong facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
-Cloud & Integration Awareness: Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-native deployments, and APIs.

Good To Have Skills:

-Commercial Acumen: Experience in product pricing, go-to-market strategies, and ROI measurement.
-Digital Twin / IIoT / AI-ML in Manufacturing: Exposure to advanced digital manufacturing use cases.
-Data-Driven PM: Familiarity with product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Power BI, etc.).
-Certification: CSPO, Pragmatic Institute PM, or SAFe POPM.
-Global Manufacturing Exposure: Working with multi-country operations and diverse stakeholder groups.

Additional Information:

-The candidate should have a minimum 15 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations.
-This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
-BE/B.Tech required MBA preferred.
-Strong communication skills to be able to influence C-Suite client/leadership
