Summary:

As an Application Lead, you will lead the design, build, and configuration of applications while serving as the primary point of contact. Your day-to-day activities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure application requirements are clearly understood and met, overseeing development activities, and guiding team members. You will actively participate in problem-solving, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and user needs, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with the team to drive high performance.
• Own and be accountable for technical and functional decisions within the team.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders and contribute to key project and design decisions.
• Provide effective solutions to challenges faced by the immediate team as well as across dependent teams.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and promote continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features while adhering to defined quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
• Experience with project management tools and delivery techniques.
• Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
