Project Role: Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description: Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Summary:

Design and build AI agents for business use cases, leveraging the internal agent builder platform. You ll contribute to both agent delivery and platform evolution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy AI agents for internal and external business workflows.

Implement agent behaviors, tools, and integrations using the agent builder.

Collaborate with product teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Monitor and optimize agent performance and reliability.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Educational Qualifications:

5+ years in software engineering with hands-on experience in AI/ML projects.

Proficiency in Python and Azure AI services.

Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, and agent frameworks.

Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Experience with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native development.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong experience in building production-level systems implementing DevOps best practices.

Understanding of best practices regarding agile software development and software testing.

Experience of deploying cloud-based applications using automated CI/CD processes and container technologies.

Understanding of security best practices when architecting SaaS applications on cloud Infrastructure.

Ability to understand complex business systems and a willingness to learn and apply new technologies as needed.

Proven ability to deliver high-impact initiatives. Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to define and drive the team s mission, vision, and long-term strategies.

Strong written and communication skills.

Work together and Get Stuff Done attitude without losing sight of quality, and a sense of responsibility to customers and the team.
