◆具体的な業務内容
・プロダクトの設計・開発・リリース後の継続的なサービスディリバリー
・顧客側プロダクトオーナーや社内サービスデザイナー/UIデザイナーとの仕様調整
・詳細設計の実施、開発標準/ライブラリの選定、コアな部分の実装及びメンバーのコードレビュー
・開発プロセス（KPT、dailymeeting、ブランチ戦略、Issue/Pull Requestの運用）の継続的な改善を行いチームをリードする
・新規技術導入の為の技術調査及び検証

◆応募要項
・学歴：高卒以上
・経験：以下をすべて満たす方

• 保守・運用を除くWebアプリケーション開発の実務経験（2年以上）
• Go、Rust、PHP、Kotlin、Javaなど、サーバーサイドプログラミング言語での開発経験
• テスト駆動での開発経験
• Linux/UnixのCUIベースでの操作ができる
• Gitの操作がCUIベースで行なえる
• チャットツール話などを通して、お客様への連絡や打ち合わせを進められる
• 開発チーム(4-5名規模)の開発リーダー経験

・スキル
　 - 日本語：ビジネスレベル
