Summary:

We are seeking an Agentic Manager/ AI Ops engineer to design, manage, and govern AI agent–based systems that operate autonomously or semi-autonomously across business and technical workflows. This role bridges AI strategy, operations, and governance, ensuring agentic systems are effective, safe, aligned with business goals, and continuously improving.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strong understanding of IT operations, monitoring, and incident management
Own the lifecycle of AI agents (design, deployment, monitoring, optimization)
Define agent goals, boundaries, decision rights, and escalation paths
Manage multi-agent workflows and coordination across systems and teams
Monitor agent performance, behavior, accuracy, and alignment with objectives
Ensure human-in-the-loop controls and override mechanisms are in place
Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and operations teams
Identify opportunities to replace or augment manual processes with agentic automation
Document agent architectures, decision logic, and operational playbooks

Professional & Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of AI/LLM systems, automation, and workflow orchestration
Experience managing complex systems or autonomous processes
Familiarity with agentic frameworks (e.g., AutoGPT-style systems, Lang Graph, CrewAI, etc.)
Ability to translate business objectives into agent behaviors and constraints
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Integrate AIOps tools with monitoring, ITSM, and DevOps platforms (e.g., Jira, Service Now)

Good to Have:

Scripting knowledge (Python / Shell)
Monitoring & automation certifications (Science Logic / Open Text)

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in building agents & AI Ops
  • This position is based at our Pune/Bangalore office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
