• In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Also, translate economic trends into competitive industry advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.What are we looking for? • Six Sigma, Lean Certified black belt
• RTR, PTP, and OTC subject matter expertise, with experience in oil and gas finance and operations
• Hands-on experience advising transformation solutions based on relevant domain metrics applicable in RTR/PTP/OTC
• Should have completed a full fledge project and should be able to explain it clearly starting from Problem statement to the Final outcome
• Preferably oil and gas industry exposure
• Hands-on experience advising transformation solutions basis relevant domain metrics applicable in RTR/PTP/ OTC towers
• Should have worked or exposure to market leading third party solutions like (Trade Shift/ Basware/ Ariba etc) or in OTC (High Radius/ Rimilia) etc
• Experience in hydrocarbon accounting will be an added advantage, including familiarity with measurement, reconciliation, and reporting of hydrocarbon production and movement across upstream and downstream operations
• Good to have an SAP ERP experience Roles and Responsibilities: • Analyze and solve moderately complex problems, including those specific to oil and gas operations (e.g., production optimization, asset integrity, supply chain challenges)
• Create new solutions by leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures, with a focus on upstream/downstream process improvements
• Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals and broader energy transition objectives
• Interact primarily with direct supervisors or team leads, providing insights on operational excellence and transformation in oil and gas projects
• Collaborate with peers and management at client organizations and within Accenture, especially on initiatives such as digital transformation, safety compliance, and sustainability in oil and gas
• Work independently with minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures for new assignments, including risk assessments and regulatory compliance in oil and gas operations
• Make decisions that impact the immediate team and occasionally influence other teams, particularly in areas like drilling operations, project execution, and supply chain management
• Manage medium-to-small sized teams and/or work efforts, or operate as an individual contributor on oil and gas consulting engagements, technology implementations, or operational excellence programs
• Be prepared to work in rotational shifts, supporting global oil and gas clients across different time zones and critical operational windows
