Talent & HR Process involves managing the recruitment, development, and retention of employees. This includes overseeing hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations. The goal is to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is essential for building a strong and effective team.
Define an organizations talent management approach, mapping a business future skills and talent needs against current skills and capabilities and then defining the investments required to fulfill strategic talent objectives.

• The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist ensures training content uses correct, concise, and clear language and is consistent with prescribed guidelines and standards.What are we looking for? • Proven knowledge of English grammar and different English dialects
• Excellent command over written and verbal English and strong communication skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Familiarity with style guides such as the Chicago Manual of Style or in-house style guides
• Ability to work with stringent timelines; flexibility and agility to adjust to changing schedules
• Ability to work with a range of subjects and client requirements
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Experience in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Education:

• Graduate in any discipline; prefer degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience

• Work Experience

• 7-11 years of working experience in copyediting, proofreading, or reviewing instructional material, preferably in the digital medium.

• Exposure to the content development/instructional design domain Roles and Responsibilities: •• Review project deliverables to ensure:

• Instructional quality meets defined objectives and product specifications, if applicable.

  • They are free of spelling/grammatical/punctuation errors.
  • Conciseness and clarity.
  • Reduced repetition of information, unless specifically required by design, if applicable.
  • Compliance with agreed style guide and client standards (including tone/voice).
  • Consistency (formatting, use of terms, and so on), if applicable.

• Analyze deliverables to identify common errors and ways to minimize them.

• Track and communicate errors in the defined categories for each deliverable and provide feedback to stakeholders.

• Work with the QA Lead to confirm that the appropriate style guide and client standards have been established for client projects.

• Flag and escalate discrepancies, unclear guidance, or evolving expectations in client standards and preferences.

• Identify, track, and report on the quality status of client deliverables.

• Maintain accurate documentation of reviews, including time tracking and reporting logs, and contribute to QA dashboards or metrics reports.

• Work with the QA Lead and client stakeholders in addressing barriers to quality development and coaching team members to address these gaps and improve quality.

• Create and develop mentoring programs, as needed, to coach team members on improving writing quality.

• Engage with team members to track and report engagement drivers and identify challenges and successes.

• Provide project feedback to reporting team members in a timely manner.

• Track growth opportunities and areas of development for reporting team members.
