Summary:

As a Business Architect, you will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at identifying opportunities to enhance business value. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state of business processes, capturing high-level requirements, and defining effective business solutions. You will work collaboratively with various teams to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain documentation related to business architecture and solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Banking.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.
• Experience in developing business cases and project proposals.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable plans.
• Experience with stakeholder management and communication.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Banking.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
