Project Role: Service Designer

Project Role Description: Drive a human-centered design process across all project phases from framing the service to its implementation. Conduct ethnographic research to identify user needs. Summary:

As a Service Designer, you will drive a human-centered design process across all project phases from framing the service to its implementation. Your typical day will involve conducting ethnographic research to identify user needs, interpreting and synthesizing human insights, and balancing them against strategic business, technical, and brand inputs. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the services designed meet user expectations while aligning with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative ideas.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies and techniques.
  • Experience in creating user personas and journey maps.
  • Ability to design wireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Familiarity with usability testing and iterative design processes.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
