Project Role: Business Process Architect

Project Role Description: Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

As a Business Process Architect, you will design business processes that align with organizational goals and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, creating process blueprints, and ensuring that all designs meet the necessary functional requirements. You will also engage in quality management reviews to validate that the business and design requirements are fulfilled, while educating stakeholders to foster a comprehensive understanding of the designs you create. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in business processes.

• Roles & Responsibilities: Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.
• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and refine business requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design specifications.
  Professional & Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
  -Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. SAP O Data, SAP RAP or SAP ABAP RAP
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and design methodologies.
• Experience with process improvement techniques and tools.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making.
• Familiarity with project management principles and practices.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
