Summary:

As a Product Owner, you will drive the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Your typical day will involve shaping and managing the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring that the product team consistently delivers on client needs and wants. You will validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops, ensuring that knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes. Engaging with various stakeholders, you will facilitate discussions that align the product strategy with business objectives, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and responsiveness to market demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
• Continuously assess and prioritize the product backlog to align with strategic goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Product Management.
• Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of user experience design principles.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Software Product Management.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
