Project Role Description: Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will develop comprehensive testing strategies, applying your business and functional knowledge to enhance the overall quality across the application lifecycle. By implementing quality processes and methodologies, you will play a crucial role in defining key metrics that manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training and mentorship for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
