The work:

As Network Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components across various systems or applications, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software development practices.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Network Engineering.

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Network Engineering.

• Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Infrastructures.- Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.

• Experience in configuring and managing network devices such as routers and switches.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse teams and clients.

• Proficient in network security practices and tools.

• Ability to analyze network performance and implement improvements.

• This position is based at our Manila office.
