Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with different teams to gather insights and feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of the systems in place. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that any disruptions are addressed promptly and efficiently, thereby maintaining the integrity of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
  • Strong understanding of application support processes and methodologies.
  • Experience with incident management and problem resolution.
  • Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Manage CALM user roles and access rights
  • Incident Management
  • Maintain CALM knowledge base
  • Consulting for DT on CALM services
  • Support integration of functionality in CALM
  • Implement the first usecases

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
