• Architect designs and implements programs to develop employees skills and career paths. This role involves creating training modules, mentoring systems, and performance improvement plans. The goal is to build a capable and motivated workforce. Responsibilities include assessing skill gaps and crafting strategies to address them. This position is crucial for fostering employee growth and organizational success.
