We are seeking a new talent to join the IAS Resource Management team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project/account.

Responsibilities: As a Resource Management Practitioner, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end resource management activities of an assigned program, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.

• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.

• Monitor process progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet objectives

• Develop comprehensive process documentation to support transparency and accountability.

• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovative problem-solving.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Basic knowledge of Resource management process, typically involving execution of standard and project specific roll on and roll off processes.

• RM reporting and reconciliation.

• Works effectively in a team and helps his/her team lead in distributing and managing delivery of tasks and output performed by or with other members.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• English Bulats C1/C2•Has good communications skills
• Knowledge in MS office application
