Summary:

As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will utilize modular architectures and next-generation integration techniques to provide vision to Application Development Teams. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, employing a cloud-first and mobile-first mindset, and working within an Agile framework to create value across diverse projects of varying scopes and scales. You will engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes that impact multiple teams, ensuring that the solutions you provide are effective and innovative.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align team objectives.
• Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in application development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
• Strong understanding of modular architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and mobile application development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
