As a member of Accenture's Data & AI team, you will work on developing and implementing state-of-the-art Full Stack solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient software systems that leverage AI and machine learning technologies to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.

• Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models for various applications, optimizing their performance and scalability.

• Integrate AI and machine learning models into full-stack applications, ensuring robust and efficient data pipelines.

• Work closely with data scientists, AI researchers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality AI-driven solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices in software development.

• Implement testing frameworks and conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and stability of applications.

• Deploy applications to cloud platforms, monitor their performance, and make necessary improvements.

• Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide technical expertise, and deliver tailored full-stack AI solutions.

• Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

• Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives.

• For All Levels

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular).

• Proficiency in back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET).

• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch).

• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and methodologies in full-stack and AI development.

• Candidates with exceptional experience will be considered irrespective of years of experience.

Consultant Level

• Minimum 4 years of experience in full-stack development, including AI/ML integration.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement full-stack applications.
• Experience in developing and fine-tuning AI/ML models.
• Proficiency in creating and managing data pipelines.
• Experience in client-facing roles, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

Manager Level

• Minimum 6 years of experience in full-stack development, including AI/ML integration.
• Proven experience in leading and managing full-stack projects and teams.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience in evaluating and selecting technologies and frameworks.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive project alignment.
• Experience in developing client relationships and providing strategic consulting.

Senior Manager Level:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in full-stack development, including AI/ML integration.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing large-scale full-stack systems.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing large teams and complex projects.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align full-stack architecture with business goals.
• Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and apply cutting-edge technologies to solve business problems.
• Significant experience in consulting, with a track record of delivering successful projects and building long-term client relationships.

Certifications (Optional, but a Plus)

• Relevant certifications in full-stack development, AI/ML, or project management (e.g., PMP, AWS Certified Developer, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer).
