・採用戦略の立案（母集団形成、選考設計～入社手続まで）

・新卒採用に関わる企業ブランディングの構築（広告媒体掲載、広報部との連携、SNSの活用など）

・候補者の母集団形成（大学とのリレーション構築/イベントやセミナーの企画・運営など）

・候補者マネジメント（選考プロセス運営/オファー/ フォロー/入社手続サポートなど）

・関係部署へマーケット情報提供および採用状況進捗報告

◆応募要件・採用経験1年以上 （新卒採用経験でなくても可）
・英語に抵抗が無く、今後向上したいとお考えの方 （英語でのメールに翻訳ツール等を使用し対応できる、英語力の向上に努めることができる、等）
・日本語検定1級相当

◆望ましい経験・スキル

・企業内での新卒採用業務経験

・プロジェクト推進・企画経験
