We are looking for a highly skilled Retail Master Data Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will analyze organizational processes, design systems, and deliver innovative solutions that align business needs with technology. You will act as a subject matter expert in SAP for Retail, driving data management initiatives and ensuring seamless integration of business strategies. This position requires independent performance, active collaboration, and a problem-solving mindset to address work-related challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Process Design:

• Evaluate organizational processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and alignment with business goals.

• Assess the current state, gather customer requirements, and define future-state solutions that drive operational excellence.

SAP Retail Expertise & Integration:

• Leverage advanced proficiency in SAP for Retail to design and implement solutions that enhance data management and business performance.

• Ensure seamless integration of technology with business processes to meet evolving market demands.

Collaborative Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, guiding teams and stakeholders through key decisions and change initiatives.

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and ensure clarity in business objectives.

Data-Driven Insights & Documentation:

• Utilize data analysis techniques to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and inform strategic business decisions.

• Develop detailed documentation that outlines business processes, system specifications, and recommendations for improvement.

Problem-Solving & Innovation:

• Address complex challenges by delivering innovative solutions that meet immediate team needs and contribute to broader organizational goals.

• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and performance.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in SAP Retail and master data management.
• Proven ability to analyze business processes and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in SAP Retail, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process mapping and documentation.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Certifications:

• SAP Retail certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in data governance and master data strategy development.
• Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in retail and data management solutions.
