What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, Supply Chain, HCM, CX and EPM modules. Proficiency in Oracle PaaS technologies like OCI, OIC, ATP, Object Storage, and SQL is essential for coaching and guiding the team to build reports, monitor integrations, and design end-to-end solutions. Security knowledge is a strong advantage.

What you will do

• Define and oversee the solution architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, CX and EPM.

• Conduct fit-gap analyses and propose high-level solutions aligned with business needs.

• Design end-to-end integrations across modules and systems, ensuring seamless data flow.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including enterprise architects, security, implementation teams, and third-party vendors.

• Drive deployment/ cutover technical activities and partner with business cutover team for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.

• Review Oracle quarterly/yearly patches and upgrades, recommending enhancements to business teams.

• Prepare documentation, delivery timelines, and cost estimates.

• Guide the implementation team with technical design reviews and best practices.

• Support QA teams in test planning and automation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with security roles and protocols.

• Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging various Oracle Cloud modules including designing data flow between Oracle Cloud, on-premises, and other involved applications.

• Provide solution architecture and design guidance to the implementation team.

• Review technical team's work, ensuring adherence to industry-leading practices.

• Coach QA team on test plan design, test case development, and automation strategies.

What you bring

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Experience working with enterprise architecture in large-scale enterprise environment.

• Strong functional knowledge across Oracle modules: Financials, SCM, HCM, CX and EPM.

• Hands-on expertise in Oracle PaaS (OCI, OIC, ATP, Object Storage) and SQL.

• Ability to design and support complex integrations and reporting solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Leadership qualities to mentor and coach consultants and developers.

• A proactive mindset to identify pain points and deliver innovative solutions.

Skills /Competencies:

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• +10 years of Oracle Platform delivery experience
