As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your expertise will drive innovative practices into delivery. Your typical day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will be a trusted advisor, enhancing the reputation of Accenture in the marketplace by bringing emerging ideas to life and shaping strategies that align with both Accenture and client goals. Your role will require fluid communication skills and a deep understanding of the technical landscape, ensuring that you effectively contribute to the success of delivery engagements.

• Key Responsibilities – Data Migration
• Prepare and execute EC migration templates as per load sequencing
• Perform data validation and reconciliation with legacy systems
• Execute mock loads and support cutover rehearsals
• Identify and resolve data quality issues and load errors
• Ensure on-time delivery of migration milestones
• Technical Experience – Data Migration
• Hands-on experience in Employee, Job, Compensation, Position & FO loads
• Strong knowledge of effective dating, event reason mapping, and country data
• Experience with Mass Uploads, Import Monitor, and Error Logs
• Knowledge of Time Off, Timesheet, and Position Management data migration
