Overall Purpose of Job:

• Develop General Ledger operations, ensuring maintenance, financial reporting, and coordination with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury.

R2R Process:

• Handle inter-company processing, settlements, fixed asset setup, project accounting, master data maintenance, cost accounting, and SG&A expense accounting.

R2R Account Reconciliation and Analysis:

• Perform reconciliation procedures and monitor interface integrity.

R2R Reporting:

• Execute regulatory, financial, and ad hoc reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain General Ledger under GL Manager supervision.

• Process general ledger journals and liaise with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and country Finance team.

• Assist GL Manager with reporting and support for internal customers.

• Prepare supporting returns/schedules for tax and statutory reporting.

Operational Excellence:

• Understand and meet customer and internal performance requirements.

• Ensure compliance with documented processes and implement process improvements.

• Participate in process risk management and team meetings.

• Maintain and update process documentation.

Qualification/Experience:

• Qualified Accountant with minimum 2 years accounting experience or equivalent.

• Skills in Thai and English
