Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Solution Architect to join our team on Mar Tech. This role demands a strategic technology leader with deep expertise in enterprise consulting, modern architectures, and digital transformation on Mar Tech domain. You will drive end-to-end solution design, delivery, and client engagement, solving complex business challenges through innovative, scalable, data-driven and modern technology solutions for Mar Tech, from CMS, CDP, Marketing Automation, and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture and Delivery:

• Analyze client requirements and design tailored solution architectures (cloud-native, headless, composable and microservices) across modern technology stacks for web and mobile platforms.
• Drive impactful architectural discussions to establish trust and credibility with clients throughout project lifecycles.
• Design, develop, deliver, and manage sophisticated cross-domain solutions, integrating diverse technologies across development, operations, data, and application layers.
• Conduct architecture quality assurance reviews to ensure technical excellence and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including client executives, vendors, and project teams, to ensure seamless solution implementation and delivery.

Client Engagement:

• Shape and respond to RFPs, contributing to solution proposals, including unique selling propositions, pricing, scope definition (functional and technical), solution blueprint, effort estimation, resource planning, and timelines.
• Partner with client stakeholders to drive innovation, delivering strategic value through technology solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to integrate emerging technologies, such as AI, automation, and data platforms, into product strategies and delivery.
• Support internal innovation by contributing to capability building, accelerators, and reusable assets.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, championing the adoption of new technologies and initiatives both internally and with clients.

Experience and Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, advisory and delivery of Mar Tech solutions
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions, roadmaps, and operational plans, with exceptional skills in communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influencing executive leadership.
• Experience in consulting or professional services with clients in Insurance, Banking, Wealth Management, Retail, Consumer Goods, Hospitality, or Travel industries.
• Demonstrated success in supporting and securing new business through solution design, proposal development, and compelling client presentations.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, Agile and hybrid delivery models

Preferred:

• Certified as AEM Architect, with hands-on experience with AEM including AEMaaCS
• Experience with other Adobe solution suite, including RT-CDP, Journey Optimizer, Marketo, Campaign and Analytics.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern architectures.
• Proficiency in container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker), API models (e.g., Swagger, OpenAPI), and scalable networking technologies (e.g., load balancers, firewalls).
• Experience in managing nearshore/offshore delivery models or working in globally distributed environments
• Experience in adopting emerging technology like AI/ GenAI for enterprise use.
• Track record of contributing to intellectual property, accelerators, frameworks, or thought leadership within a consulting firm.
