Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.

Summary:

As a User Experience Lead, you will be at the forefront of creating innovative software engineering solutions that enhance user experiences. Your typical day will involve leading prototype development, collaborating with design teams to translate concepts into functional prototypes, and ensuring that technical feasibility aligns with design intent. You will engage in discussions with cross-functional teams to refine ideas and iterate on solutions, all while maintaining a focus on delivering optimal user experiences efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience design.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps, Angular.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies and frameworks.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in React.js.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
