This role is designed for freshers in the IT industry. If you’re a graduated student, a recent graduate, or transitioning into a tech career, this program will equip you with the essential skills, knowledge, and mindset to excel in coordinating IT projects and managing client relationships for global organizations.

The selected candidates will take part as an intern in the Accenture Viet Nam Academy Program.

Our Academy program is designed to nurture and develop the next generation of leaders by providing recent graduates with the skills and experience needed to excel in their careers.

During the internship program, you will have the opportunity to:

• Hands-on Experience: Learn how to work on a real-world software project with other software engineers. Design, code and test software solution. Learn about SLCD and Agile.

• Industry-Relevant Training: Gain expertise in leading AI platform Gen Wizard. Ability to be involved with international companies in various sectors.

• Certification: Opportunity to earn industry-recognized certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure and other software certifications).

• Softskill Development: Enhance soft skills and communication abilities for a global workplace.

• Career Pathways:  Explore roles such as: Software Engineer specialized in AI Agentic Framework, Front-End, Back-End or Quality Assurance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

• New graduates in University, major in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Business Management or equivalent

• Basic knowledge/strong interest in project and service management principles and methodologies.

• Good communication in English.

• Self-motivated, committed and confident.

• Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Vietnamese candidate only.
