Summary:
As a Software Development Lead, you will work hands-on to develop and configure Salesforce systems, either end-to-end or for specific business requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals and client needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines. Your role will also include mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment to drive innovation and efficiency in software development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an technically strong Salesforce Developer and SME.
• Understand the requirement, come up with technical analysis and design to meet the business requirement.
• Collaborate with technical architect to support the technical design and get the approach reviewed.
• Work on individual work items assigned, perform technical reviews for team members.
• Create and maintain best practices for Salesforce and LWC development and ensure team follows the same.
• Spear-head POC work on business requirements or adoption on new features.
• Be a go-to person for Technical issues across all the phases from Requirements to Deployment and support the team across the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Strong technical and hands on skills in design and development of Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Must have worked on multiple Salesforce Clouds – Sales, Service, Experience.
• Must have strong technical skills and hands on experience on: Apex, Triggers, Integrations, Sync-Async processes, Flows, LWC.
• Must be familiar and should have experience and DevOps tools like Copado/AutoRABIT/Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Strong knowledge and hands on experience on using design patterns and best practices.
• Experience with integration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Good to have experience on Financial Services domain
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 6.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
