What would you do? We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills across various digital mediums. They should be passionate about creating visually compelling and effective designs that align with our clients brand identities and goals.
Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and career growth. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.
Relationships:

• Report to Media Lead
• Coordinate with internal Instructional Design team and Technology team for media assets development.What are we looking for? •Technical skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
• Should have basic knowledge of Generative AI.

Creativity and Design skills:

• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to participate actively in brainstorming/ideation sessions to bring in new ideas.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas.
• Attention to details is a must.

Soft skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and receive feedback.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Open to learning and adapting to new tools, techniques, and design trends.
• Experience with web design, UX/UI principles, and motion graphics is a plus.
• Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving ability, and a passion for design innovation. Roles and Responsibilities: • Participate in brainstorming sessions
