We’re looking for someone who enjoys keeping workplaces running smoothly and making the office a great place to be. In this role, you’ll coordinate daily activities across Facility, Customer Experience, and Security teams, while working closely with IT, HR, Procurement, Legal and Marketing to keep our processes simple and seamless for everyone. You’ll also drive office improvement projects that make our spaces better and more enjoyable for all our Accenture talents and clients in two Baltic countries: Latvia and Lithuania.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities and priorities across Facility Management, Customer Experience, and Security teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Oversee budget execution, approve invoices and contracts, and make necessary adjustments within delegated authority.
• Drive continuous process improvement by regularly reviewing workflows, identifying efficiencies, and contributing to global optimization initiatives.
• Own annual operational, social, and capital budgets for Latvia and Lithuania offices, ensuring accuracy, compliance, transparency, and alignment with Accenture financial controls.
• Ensure vendor performance and contract compliance, partnering closely with Procurement and Legal to meet Accenture standards, risk requirements, and service expectations.
• Lead end‑to‑end real estate and capital investment projects—from planning and cost estimation through execution—ensuring offices meet functional, sustainability, and experience goals.
• Ensure compliance with security, safety, and environmental standards (ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001), supporting audits, certifications, and crisis management readiness.
• Build a positive, collaborative, and high‑performance team environment, maintaining motivation, engagement, and accountability across teams.

Qualifications:

• Good written and spoken Latvian and English.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Facility management or Workplace operations.
• Experience in budget management and project delivery.
• Team leading experience 3-5 years.
• Experience in partnership with internal and external partners, vendor and contract management.
• Work experience in a corporate or international environment.
