What would you do? The Graphic Design Operations Lead is responsible for driving the operational, financial, and workforce effectiveness of the Design Hub. This role ensures the team is properly staffed, financially aligned, and positioned to meet current and future business demand through accurate forecasting, capacity planning, financial management, and talent operations. The ideal candidate brings strong operational discipline while understanding the realities of creative work.

  • Creative design is a process that uses digital and physical design tools and core design training to create comps and final art that bring creative concepts to life for marketing purposes.What are we looking for? Proven experience in operations, design/creative operations, or a related operational role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, capacity planning, and financial
    modeling.
  • Proven ability to use data to drive operational decisions and improve efficiency.
  • Experience building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to resourcing,
    utilization, and financial performance.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
    for stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility
  • The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals
  • Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach
  • Some latitude in decision-making in involved
  • you will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Decisions individual at this role makes have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility
  • The person manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
  • Operational Excellence: Drive efficient, scalable design operations through process
    optimization, clear workflows, and strong operational governance that enable high-quality &
    timely delivery.
  • Resource Management & Capacity Planning: Own resource forecasting and capacity
    planning to balance workloads, align skills to demand, and proactively address over- or
    under-capacity across design teams.
  • Financial Management & Forecasting: Lead accurate financial forecasting and budget
    management, including headcount, external spend, and overtime (OT), while ensuring
    timely and accurate timesheet submission, labor tracking, and cost controls.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with internal stakeholders of
    Design Hub, market leads, and project leadership to align priorities, resolve resourcing
    challenges, and provide clear reporting on capacity, utilization, and financial performance.
